Madame Made

A duet inspired by Jean Genet’s play The Maids.

In a futile attempt to escape their identity, two sister characters explore their diffuse and ‘deviant’ relationship. The piece seeks to crystallize the individual’s state of mind through duplication and reflection.

Vardimon’s second work underlines her gift for true dance theatre… Vardimon and Trudy Radburn excel as twisted sisters who twitch and sexually ooze through a private hothouse world.’ TIME OUT
