We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Namely this data is collected in the NPO anonymous survey that you may be sent after having attended an event at JV H.O.M.E.

How we collect this data:

Information that you provide via sign up forms, purchases, enquiries, in-person, over the phone, applying for a job, giving up feedback, retrieving education resources and on paper forms.

Third-party plugins as you interact with our website where plugins will collect technical data about your device and also via cookies – which is listed in detail at the bottom of this policy.

How we use information:

We will only ever use your personal data with your consent and for the purpose or purposes it was collected for (or for a closely related purpose within our own lawful interests, provided your rights don’t override these).

We will never sell your personal data. If you have opted-in to marketing, we may contact you with information about our partners but these communications will always come from Jasmin Vardimon Company.

We ask our supporters to ‘opt-in’ to receiving communications and your details will be kept only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirementsYou can decide at any time not to receive communications. We may share you data to our mailing system ‘Mailchimp’ as instructed when you sign up to receive news and updates.

As part of our service to you, we may contact you by email or telephone to provide essential information related to events you may attend.

CCTV

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff we have CCTV cameras installed inside and outside of our building. The footage from these cameras is stored securely and can only be accessed by identified staff. If you have any questions about this please contact info@jasminvardimon.com.

Online Shop:
