Free Online Classes

As we are all self-isolated at home and facing the challenges of staying healthy, keeping fit and connecting with one another, this month we are delighted to offer our Pop Up Space classes FREE online. We invite you to join us from your own home, to keep moving and strengthen your body.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities (from young children to the over 50’s) and will be delivered by our professionally trained dancers through the simple online platform Zoom.

Zoom is accessible from your phone, tablet or computer. Simply click the link to join.

All classes are FREE to join.

Any donations in these incredibly difficult times will be greatly appreciated and will support the freelance artists working with us and our activity. Suggested donation is £5 per class, but we would be grateful for whatever you might be able to afford. You can donate here.

Please enter the zoom meeting 5 min before the start of the class, to ensure the host can welcome you in on time. Latecomers might be allowed in only if possible. All times are BST.
