Dr Royona Mitra — Senior Lecturer in Theatre, Brunel University, London

Dr Royona Mitra, Senior Lecturer in Theatre at Brunel University London, originally trained in classical and contemporary South Asian dance in India and specialised in physical theatre in the UK. Prior to joining the Theatre Department at Brunel she was Senior lecturer in the Drama Department at the University of Wolverhampton. Royona both edited and wrote an article for ‘Justitia: Multidisciplinary Readings of the Work of the Jasmin Vardimon Company’ and her research addresses intersectionalities between bodies, race and gender-identity politics.
