Hobie Schouppe was born in Belgium and is currently based in the UK. His first introduction to dance was through hip-hop until he was introduced to contemporary dance in 2016. He attended de!KUNSThumaniora from 2016 until 2017 and then moved to Austria to attend the four-year undergraduate program at SEAD. After his studies, he started to create his own work and worked with people like Jan Lauwers, Paul Blackman, Charlie Britain, and Luisa Heilbron. In 2021 he started working for the Jasmin Vardimon Company in the production of ‘Pinocchio’.
