JV H.O.M.E is the creative hub for our company dancers and our students; a place to share our knowledge, create, explore and learn.
We invite you to move in with us, join our events to find inspiration or book our inspirational spaces to create, imagine and reflect.
Space Hire
Our creative home, where we create and share artistic work & training is located in the newly built Creative Enterprise Quarter, Ashford, Kent.
An inspiring place to meet & create, suitable for:
- Rehearsal and production
- Presentations and workshops
- Meetings and conferences
- Filming and photoshoots
- Product launches
- Away-days & board meetings
All spaces are fully accessible.
- 3 brand new state-of-the-art dance studios (including one of the largest in the UK)
- 2 large meeting rooms, accommodating 14 people
- Office space and meeting rooms for the creative industry
- Our Café, which is open all day. If you have booked a meeting room, catering can be provided by our Café

Studios
Our state-of-the-art studios provide a full and comprehensive hire space, including:
sprung floors, full range high quality sound systems, theatre grade lighting equipment, windows for natural daylight & blackout curtain system, high-speed Wi-Fi, wired data connections, ballet barres & mirrors.
Studio 1 & 2 have a full lighting rig and direct access for trucks to bring in large pieces of scenery. Access via scene dock with 3m x 3m sliding door.
Studios entry doors: 2.2m x 1.3m (full leaf and half leaf door)
Studio 1
Ground floor. Dimensions: 22m x 17m x 8.5m (height to grid)
Full motorised rig, control booth and retractable audience seating accommodating 146 people

Meeting Rooms
Our bright, intimate meeting rooms provide working spaces for groups up to 14 and are designed to be conducive to collaboration and creative endeavour. They are complimented by a click share system to allow easy laptop to big screen integration. Stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally private with high quality sound-proofing as well as full catering facilities provided by our Café. Please speak to our team for full menu options
We also offer bespoke creative packages for guests, including our renowned ‘Alice in VR Wonderland’ immersive experience, complete with VR headset and 3D sound.
Other creative offerings can be potentially tailored to your event.
Café
The café is located on the ground floor at the entrance to the building, adjacent to the two larger dedicated creation and training spaces. It offers a flexible area alongside the meeting rooms and hire spaces for the local community to come together, providing sofas, window seated stools and small tables for a relaxed environment.
We have a capacity of up to 40 including standing room, also available for event hire.

JV H.O.M.E is ideally located in the heart of Kent, with excellent national and international transport links. Ashford has a growing economy with established infrastructure and continued investment. With easy access to London (37 min by train), the South East and beyond, we provide a hub for creative activity and community involvement.
With ample car parking and access for large vehicle unloading, we can accommodate a variety of activities in our spaces
