Announcing our first contributor for the Creative Minds Symposium

We’re delighted to announce our first contributor to the Creative Minds Symposium at Sadler’s Wells, Saturday 28 October: Emily Kasriel

Emily Kasriel is Head of Editorial Partnerships and Special Projects, BBC World Service Group. She has been a Visiting Fellow at University of Oxford and a Senior Advisor to the Skoll Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, creating partnerships to source more diverse Social Entrepreneur awardees.

She previously served as an award-winning editor and broadcaster at the BBC. She founded, edited and occasionally presented The Forum on the BBC World Service after running their Arts and Religion departments, and has reported and produced for the BBC across five continents. She has also produced a number of BBC cultural documentaries including a series with the choreographer Akram Khan.

The Creative Minds Symposium brings together a panel of leading thinkers, contemporary philosophers and creative minds at Sadler’s Wells on Saturday 28 October, to analyse, respond and debate a shared moment of performance – Jasmin Vardimon’s critically acclaimed production of Pinocchio.
